    Perhaps this particular chair is fine. But I don't see the logic in paying so little on a chair that you're presumably going to be sitting on for many hours each day. You wouldn't pay £35 for a mattress

    If you want to look after your back, save up for a decent refurb office chair. Doesnt necessarily have to be a £500 TOTL chair either...

    My first office job was a maternity cover, she sat on a gym ball for comfort. I've been sat on that gym ball for 8 years now.

    I didn’t particularly like it found arms to low for arm rest , ended up giving to my 12 year old suited her height well
