For £63 it is a bit of a bargain.
There are only two sizes of the Talon 22 on the Osprey site that I can see, namely S/M and L/XL. The dimensions quoted on the Millets site doesn't match either of them. There's a surprise. On that basis, it is extremely difficult to predict which size will turn up.
