BRING OUT ALL THE DETAIL
Contrast Adaptive Sharpening (CAS) helps increase visual quality by enabling stunning visual sharpness with optional upscaling to restore detail lost after Temporal Anti-Aliasing (TAA) is applied. For games that support FidelityFX CAS, turning off Radeon™ Image Sharpening in Radeon™ Software to avoid over-sharpening is recommended.
GET PERFORMANCE WITH QUALITY
Using RDNA2 architecture and variable rate shading allows fidelityFX to analyse luminance and motion of frames to help optimise rending to ensure you also get optimal performance without reducing image quality.
REALISTIC GEOMETRY SHADING
AMD RDNA™ architecture-optimized Combined Adaptive Compute Ambient Occlusion (CACAO) dynamically and efficiently helps improve the appearance of objects based their exposure to ambient light.
HIGH-QUALITY REALISTIC REFLECTIONS
AMD’s implementation of Stochastic Screen Space Reflections (SSSR) delivers high-quality reflections with minimal overhead via an optimised compute shader and AMD RDNA™ architecture-optimised denoising.
HIGH-QUALITY RAYTRACING AND EFFECTS
Denoising optimised for AMD RDNA™ architecture to help improve the visual quality of real-time raytracing and other in-game effects.
HIGH-QUALITY HDR GAMING
Optimised for use with AMD FreeSync™ Premium Pro1 displays, AMD’s Luminance Preserving Mapper (LPM) delivers superb HDR and wide color gamut content.

sorted byNext year, AMD has APUs up to around the performance of the 6700 non-XT, killing off Ngreedia's 'low' (sub 500 quid) end GPUs. It is launching a single high performance RDNA3.5/4 card in 2024 at what should be better than the 7900XT performance at a much more affordable price, with much better power efficiency. Probably a monolithic die. This strategy is currently being mis-reported in the press.
The 6700XT is not a terrible card, but at 300 it is terribly over-priced (not that you have a choice, thanks to Ngreedia's greed). AMD's new 8000 card is Summer 2024 at the earliest. Until 2025, all Ngreedia has is potential price-cuts on current cards.
Also, as for the rumors about an APU with 6700-esque performance, I'm quite doubtful. I just dont understand where people think the memory bandwidth to push that performance is supposed to come from. If there is an APU with like 36-40CU's or something, dont take that to mean it will perform like a 40CU discrete GPU with its own high bandwidth memory setup.
And just generally, you're spouting off a lot of rumors-as-gospel, which is quite irresponsible behavior.
A 6700XT is not 'terribly overpriced' by any means. It's a solid buy. Nobody is saying it's the deal of the century, but it's pretty reasonable, which is a huge departure from many other GPU's right now.
Lastly, once again, please stop saying 'Ngreedia'. It just sounds so childish.
Would rather spend a little.more and get a starfield code with it. The £299 asrock should also come with one.
You’re right, pay £13 more for Starfield Premium.
Google 6700xt stutter and you will see it's a huge problem. I will never touch an AMD card again.
As I'm seeing this or a 6750xt for 329 on ebuyer.
