    Can any one recommend a decent bean grinder? I use a filter machine and considering to start using beans

    Hario hand grinder or similar with ceramic burrs. There are a lot of clones now that are probably just as good.
    For electric, I bought a sage smart grinder pro about 6 months ago, they're meant to be good but I haven't set it up yet.
    I'm still using the hand grinder

    Find your local roaster and go to them, they will usually let you sample the Coffee before buying. For example my local is Chapel Street Coffee Company, Llangollen. I just go there and try it out first.
