Samsung warranty is pretty awful. Customer service is non existent in my experience and they try their best not to honour the warranty. The 2nd time my washing machine went wrong within the first 2 years of ownership I had to get the retailer involved just to get Samsung to book an engineer visit. Have so far had a new drum assembly and a new motherboard.

We have the 10.5kg series 6 washing machine which we bought in Jan 21, thankfully with a 5 year warranty. It’s had parts replaced 6 times but still leaks. Auto dose has stopped working too. Samsung don’t have their own in-house engineers, they appoint regional independents to do the work. We are trying to get the machine written off and should hear later this week.
We have the matching heat pump dryer bought at the same time and it’s not had any issues. Not sure what we will do if we have the machine written off as I won’t want another Samsung but my wife doesn’t want the two machines to look different….

Had it confirmed yesterday our washing machine is being written off with 6 repairs in 2.5 years and currently having 2 faults. Need to see whether they are going to refund or replace now. The service team they have for our area has been good but the fact the machine is unreliable makes me weary of having another.

We got series 6 quick drive 9kg. Gets used loads. Never caused us any issues. Use drum clean with scale tablets every few washes. Clean washing machine filter every 45 washed when app tells us. Been a pretty good machine. No auto dose feature.

We have had nothing but problems with ours. Samsung kept moving the dates and canceling the warranty repair. Ended up buying the part online and fitted it myself! I never heard back from Samsung even when they promised they'd get back to us. I have never bought another Samsung device since.
