    Sage IS Breville, no?

No. Breville outside of Europe is the same as Sage. In Europe they are a far less premium brand that produces cheap knock-off Sage stuff with similar names to trick people.

Maybe one day.....when I have enough disposable income.

For now, I've got my cappuccino satchets as a treat

When you have enough disposable income to buy this, buy something else instead.

Not a good alternative to Sage at all. It's a "cheap" knock-off that makes horrible coffee. For the price, there are much better ways to brew coffee for quality and flavour so it's not good value at all.

Agreed. I managed to pick up a sage bambino and smart grinder on prime day for less than £280 which makes amazing coffee

the grinder on this is pretty poor from what i've seen. I'd personally prioritise a 2nd hand Sage Barista Express over this

    That's what my research showed.

I got a second hand barista express sage for 180 on ebay. Very happy

What I don't like about these is that the milk wand is not detachable for cleaning.

I bought a refurbished / like new Sage machine on ebay. Milk wand kept getting blocked or not producing steam despite descaling and flushing the system through. Sent it back.

Gone back to using my trusty Magimix Nespresso machine for now which I've had for many years and still works perfectly.

The tip on sage steam wands unscrews so you can clean and replace the seal. they usually come with the tool. If you got it refurb the tool might be missing but you can easily removed it with pliers. Use a cloth so you don't scratch the wand tip.
