    As a once game store employee and avid gamer myself, for a 12-year-old I'd recommend from this selection:
    Scribblenauts has a good reputation and has reportedly helped children learn to spell going off Amazon reviews here: amazon.co.uk/War…h=1

    As for Nickelodeon Kart Racers, might not be so educational but always fun racing in a Mario Kart-like with cartoon characters they might recognise from the telly. Also a decent game for kids going off these Amazon reviews: amazon.co.uk/Nic…h=1

    An extra boon is you can join in racing with them, which is always a great way to spend quality time and bond.

    Steep Road to the Olympics for the Xbox is a good one. Disc will look like the standard Steep disc, but the DLC is on the disc. DLC's been delisted so the only way to get it now is that way.

    Agree - similarly Pillars of Eternity 2 for Xbox is the ultimate edition with dlc (and it's new and sealed so codes should be good)

    I'd assume the Switch code in box ex-display are still sealed ? Seller has good feedback so hopefully the codes won't be used or a refund would be offered if so

    I ordered 2 Switch games that had codes - the boxes were sealed (although not with an official Nintendo seal) and the codes worked fine
