    Yet to find a meat substitute that has the same texture, I find most product just fall apart or have not 'bite' ? If there is a brand or something that is worth a try (or even this) let me know, always willing to give it a go.

    I like Iceland's No Meat Company Meat-Free Mince. Cook it on a high heat in some oil or fat to caramelise it then add the other ingredients. It does seem to retain its bite pretty well.
