Gaming PC required for nephew

Hi,

I am not too informed about gaming pcs - I am looking to buy a prebuilt gaming pc for my nephew with a budget of £1000.

I have seen a few deals that have been voted well, but have no clue if I can get better for my money or not.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

what’s the best option around 1k budget or 1104. I need to buy for my little one as he wants pc for his games rather than x box or PS

Id say right now that palicomp one.

    7600/4070 i posted tonight at £1050.00
But top the board to Tuf if u can.

The Ram at 16GB is abit weak for what a PC nutter would say for a DDR5

its like 8GB back in the day when DDR4 Came out, it was fine for ages, but other time, well 16GB becomes main stream.

so boosting 32GB laters is great, for laters when needed more,

and DDR5 is in developent on getting better and cost will get better laters, so catch 22 is quite good really to wait. but some are fussy and do it now.

£1100 there is nothing in prebuilt beating that in performance.

Some builds might slag Palicomp for it.
Its not BSeries board, A620 series is cracking and enough for normal users, = money on GPU.
Its not 32GB = money on more GPU, then whacking that up or spending more, - later fix.
Oh its a budget case = enough for the spec, -> money on performance elsewhere.

so plenty of ways people can diss it, people looking at excuses to beat it.

If u are desire 32GB upfront, do have more budget say 1190.00

Then u can take palicomp now to 32GB which is then bring in the battle of the intel 13400F by storm so thats another one to look at if the budget is there.

first Qs, is the 1k budget the full stop and does that inc monitor budget n co? or just desktop.

    # a nice 7600/4070 16gb can happen at £1050 and more nicer at £1104.

2nd Qs: Would u be happy to install windows urself? (edited)

I am getting a monitor seperately so the £1k budget is purely for the computer - also I would have no problem doing that if its straight forward enough
