So the base unit; Case/PSU/Board will all be the same, then each one will have a varient of factors of CPU, storage, sometimes ram. (edited)

For me is bigger is better. Whether on your desk or on the floor, there is still plenty of room to go up to the ceiling! I don't get why manufacturers plug small form factor so much. There is no room for upgrades unless you buy limited smaller parts. .
The workstation on the previous Dell deal was designed for offices so even more reliable and is a better deal IMO.
The achilles heel is " Windows" which when updating is more likely to brick your machine than any virus will. Always backup to another drive or to another computer like OPs.
Stick in a low profile single slot 1650 and you can a PC capable of light gaming.
Or just pick up a sub £100 One X
For general home use. It's a winner.
When you purchase a second hand PC from a private seller, obviously you should do a full wipe and reinstall of the SS/HD.
What about potential malware in bios & firmware spaces. How does one mitigate against that?

Am I correct in thinking there is no built in WiFi? If I wanted to add a higher capacity SSD is there room for more than one SSD or would I have to swap out the supplied SSD? Looks like HDMI only monitors can connect to this PC.

Not sure...but if you go here...
dell.com/sup…-us
it actually states that there are 2 x DisplayPorts
That link also points to other specs.
hope that helps...
Hope that helps.
I've had a few cheap chromebooks and it's seems wasteful to replace the screen and keyboard everytime as I used it in a desktop setting with monitors etc (edited)
