Been after this version for years but was never going to pay over £900 for the privilege.

Can’t find this anywhere cheaper and have never seen it this low so had to take the plunge.

That watch just took me back to 1979 or thereabouts with the Sinclair Black watch. I loved this type. It seems a lot of money for it now, but I know nothing about watches apart that Casio are bombproof. If you are a collector and it’s your thing then, why not?, and more importantly, if it’s cheaper than usual then it’s a bargain. (edited)

My thoughts exactly. Being a collector this one has finally come within reach.
The red reminds me of my childhood but this one was different enough to catch my eye.

I like the retro look, but wouldn't pay more than £50 for it.

Take a look on ebay for Russian USSR watches, there's some really radical designs.

    I wouldn’t pay a tenner for this!

I love some Hamilton watches, but the face on this is just so ugly. Looks like a kids watch

I’m struggling to understand how this has a RRP as high as it has. How can that be justified? Even at this discounted price it’s still seems drastically overpriced.

It's an iconic watch. As worn by countless celebs, James bond, matrix etc. That's why they're popular.

Sorry folks it’s gone out of stock in the time taken to post this deal so I’m expiring this.

This price seems quite excessive for a boggo stainless watch, IMO I'd rather just buy an old Timex.

Glad I found this at the discounted price.
Solid as a rock and fits well.
Nice retro addition to my collection.

My Dad had one of these or one very much like it back in the '70s. My sister and I would happily drain the battery endlessly by pressing the button to see the time. I would love one of these but the price is too high for what would just be a nostalgia purchase at the end of the day.

Keep an eye out for the Armitron Griffy. Very similar LED watch that can be had for a small fraction of this price

I’d rather have the red display but that is 750, yikes.
reminds me of a maths teacher who had one in the early 1980s

I'm stumped. Can't find the conversion rate. How may Yikes per GBP?

Reminds me of the Hamilton Men In Black 2 watch which I used to own and also the original Pulsar LED watch. Both are design classics as I suppose this is also but even at the reduced price I think I will pass on this one. If I was feeling nostalgic, I would probably stick a new battery into one of my Majestyk LED watches from 2006.
