Last updated in 2020 and not available for current versions of Android. Disappointed.

Google is currently forcing developers to upgrade to meet this requirement but sometimes it can take over a week to go through the process of upgrading. This isn't the fault of developers but Google's slow process of vetting apps. You should purchase this anyway as it will likely work in a couple of weeks.

I've since fixed this issue on an app I have in the Play Store:

We've detected that your app is targeting an old version of Android. To provide users with a safe and secure experience, Google Play requires all apps to meet target API level requirements.

From August 31, 2023, if your target API level is not within 2 years of the latest Android release, your app will not be available to new users running Android versions higher than your app's target API level.

To ensure that your app is available to new users, update your app to target Android 12 (API level 31).

Basically playable unless you have a Google phone that's on the latest Android already. Once you update it won't be available.
