I don't like these beans at all, like drinking instant coffee.

My go to bean that I can drink throughout the day and it tastes nice is "Blue Mountain - Brown Bear". It makes a really nice smooth hint of chocolatey flavour that doesn't taste burnt and you do not get sick of it. Goes really well in a latte and it doesn't give me that coffee sickness a lot of beans give me if I drink too much. To anyone that drinks Nespresso, the closest taste is the Arpeggio capsules, but a lot better.

Though tbh with coffee a lot of it is in how you make it, so you can make any bean taste bad. But I tried and tried and tried with these beans and couldn't make them taste good. I'm using a CUISINART Veloce EM1000U and it is very consistent every time, but I also use a Dedica Delonghi and get the same results with the Brown Bear Blue Mountain beans. (edited)

Also if anybody of you coffee lover have some bean recommendations I'm all ears
Tried Pact coffee and San Francisco bays, both nice

Grind house roast to your order and the blends are reasonably priced. Santos espresso is nice

I'm not sure why these are getting hate, I think it makes nice espresso.

I think it's mixed, some people like others don't, guess its down to taste buds. My mate likes Greggs coffee, I don't

Big fan of these beans. 19g ground beans and expresso volume of approx 38g - really enjoyable, nice taste. Heat. (edited)

You do a little more than me then I just usually do about 12-15g. My mates used to think I was a weirdo weighting stuff but now they understand

For a little more, you can get freshly roasted from https://hormozi.co.uk. 10% off for new customers too. My go to ATM.
Or, if you don't care for freshly roasted, try gimokacoffee.com/. They have 20%-off sales every few weeks. Both options better than Lavazza Qualità Rossa IMHO.

As others have said, these beans are tasteless, have some in my machine now from a previous Amazon offer. Wouldn't buy again, in fact some of the worst beans I've had for flavour. One I did try before this was NESCAFÉ Brasile Coffee Beans | 100% Arabica | Single Origin which I wasn't expecting much from, but actually they were really good.

Ok as a cheap bean and good price for it. Will be trying Grindhouse next though, looks great value for fresh

I’m using Areo press at the moment, can anyone recommend a hand grinder for these beans? thanks

I got this one about 18 months ago, good little grinder but depending on your setting prepare for a little arm work out

    Always the cheapest price

As others have said, freshly roasted beans are the best but can be expensive

Personally I've found M&S own brand Italian style beans to be the best on a budget, £6 for 454g
