Travelup (very nearly as bad as BudgetAir) are one of the worst virtual TA's you will find. TrustPilot reviews are manipulated. Take a little look on social media and the help groups to see how they really are and how they treated people during Covid.
Personally I will never book through a third party now unless it's part of a package, you subject yourself to not only the airlines T&Cs but also the TA's T&Cs as the TA own the ticket..... not you. they charge extra fees to make any changes, fees on top of the airlines fees.

For example TravelUp charge an administration fee of £75 per a chage/per person above any charges the airline may make, that is if they accept your change request. there are so many examples of the airline being willing to make the change but TravelUp refusing (remember the TA own the ticket & airline will not deal with you directly).

Pay the extra and book direct with the airline, that small saving is not worth it.
currently £332 with TravelUp or £355 with BA, the extra £23 to book direct is worth every penny. (edited)

Used TravelUp once - NEVER again. The worst travel agent in the country IMHO. Flights moved, so I cancelled, and then slapped with their ridiculous charges.

Simply avoid these clowns whatever the deal is. (edited)
