I think it's because of the short date. It would be great if it stayed at 99p.
Got a fivers worth of Double at Bracknell branch yesterday, drinking one now very nice 🏻 (edited)
Had a can of the double which was a stout around 6.4% from what remember, it was OK but not great but would probably buy now and then at this price
Horrid stuff this, tried both, just far too."metallic" tasting.
Ridiculously sweet, and weirdly metallic. Can't recommend this.
Funnily enough I saw these in our local Home Bargains yesterday. Don't like stout type but went for the blond one, bought two cans to try it out. Had one last night and far too sweet for me, will look to palm off the other can to my son as he likes experimenting with beers/lagers, but think he will come to the same conclusion. Sorry can't recommend
