What's the situation with this PSU and the power needed for the Sapphire Radeon RX 7900 XT Pulse 20GB GDDR6 PCI-Express graphics card ? Thanks.

Google 'PSU calculator' and put all your components in. It'll tell you what your system requires (with that GPU included), then give it a decent overhead. Peak PSU efficiency is about 50% of load so while a large PSU is seen as unnecessary by some, it 'works' less if you calculate it right. This will help with longevity.

I have this exact PSU. This is a great price for it. One of the 4/5 PSU manufacturers to trust. (edited)

    What's difference with RM1000e and RM1000x?

The RMe isn't rated as highly for heat and has a slightly smaller fan, but it's more efficient. It doesn't have as long as a waranty (7 years v 10 years). The RMx uses some better quality components but this is all at the high end so don't think that means the RMe isn't quality, it is.

If money no object, RMx is better.

Go into pcpartpicker and enter all your other modules for total power consumption and connections

Paid this price for an RM850 last year. PSU prices are slowly coming down which is good to see.

This is showing as £123.22 now. Unless there’s something I’m missing?
