    I'd not get any large Lego sets from Amazon Germany - they have consistently arrived damaged - I had one set literally bent in the middle

    The CS department offered 5 euros for the damage

    You have to pay upfront for returns too

    Great prices at Amazon Germany, lousy service - little sets only

    Ive never bought a small set from DE. but ive never ever had a issue with boxes and half the time its sent from a UK warehouse,ive bought atleast 50 sets,never had a issue with packaging.Luck of the draw i guess..
