sorted byIf you want a machine compatible for the Nespresso original go for it as you'll be hard pressed to find something cheaper than this!
Also, if you have vitality rewards you can get a free box of pods every week from Caffè Nero instead of taking a drink
How many caffe nero pods do you get? And how you find their coffee?
For milk codes the Amazon cheaper ones are fine. I grab all streets for espressos Starbucks from discount dragon are good as are L’Or when on offer.

Any suggestions for a frother pls? Which one is better a handheld that just froths cold milk or one that heats and froths? Newbie to the coffee world here 😁
Nespresso frothers are the probably the best but they are quite pricey.
No need as the idiots at JDE have sent 25 boxes of tassimo pods. (annoyed).
Anyone had issues with Amazon shipping. Parcel has gone back to depot three times. Was meant to be delivered yesterday, third time back was this morning at 3am .
7 times now.
I know no-one is that interested but I need to rant.
Several emails regarding tracking, penultimate one yesterday saying delivery between 5.45-9.45 last night. Tracking updated at 10.24pm to say returned to facility.
Final email this morning saying 'couldn't deliver contact sender' (obviously it's damaged, not sure why this wasn't noted on the first return ).
Just contacted JDE who have issued a refund which will take 7-10 days, I said I want the machine not a refund. Was told I can 'go online and re-order'. 😡.
IMO a dreadful service from both companies so I'm out.
Anyone want some pods that you put your own coffee in.....should be here soon as ordered through a decent company (temu ) using a decent delivery company (evri ). (edited)
However, I do tend to use 2 regular sized pods per cup of coffee 🫤 (edited)
My Krups / Nespresso machine has just died so this looks like a great replacement.
However this would probably have been a better deaL. More versatile with new larger pod size also. Will invest in one in due course.
As long as it arrives I'll be happy.
I needed a new machine at the end of last year and Nespresso had stopped offering any promotions on their original line. They are pushing the Vertuo line now.
Personally I think the Vertuo coffee is vastly inferior to the original line coffee.
I bought one of these machines and I couldn't be happier with it. It works fine with any aluminium pods I have used. I have had some issues with cheaper plastic pods. These are shorter than the aluminum pods and sometimes they don't engage properly. You just get water out of the machine instead of coffee. Normally they are fine if you try the pod again but sometimes it can take 3-4 goes. I only have this issue with the cheaper plastic pods.
Can anyone else see differently?
Also a £20 voucher min £50 spend when register machine.
Another 30% of £30 spend voucher issued when you subscribe to newsletter.
Only downsides for me:
Delivered in a super flimsy box which got ripped in transit / the packaging of the machine got a bit battered and torn. Chose to accept delivery all the same.
Missing a few boxes of pods which were out of stock when posted - no mention of it anywhere but thankfully I checked the packing slip on delivery and had to chase them for a refund.
The drip tray / capsule collector on the front of the machine is pure trash and you can't tell if it needs emptying until you've crumpled a pod!
Didn't like any of the pods
For £59 though it's still a bargain if you want a Nespresso compatible machine
I stopped ordering pods for one of my other machines, a Tassimo MyWay. Buying direct you get 16 pods but they use an appalling delivery service and my last order was "lost in transit".
I buy most of my pods (Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, Lavazza etc) from Amazon who havnt let me down yet. Always deals to be had too.
The water round here is quite hard, and a pod machine gets furred up and needs descaling, it's a pain in the a**e.
