Seems expensive, is this for 12 months membership and does it work on existing accounts?

Bargain. I was happy at £102 in the recent eBay deal!

Great grinders , plenty of torque when using 5amp or above . Much better than the brushed trigger version

What sort of jobs do people tend to do with these. Already got a multi tool but wondering if this would work better for cutting tiles or should I use a mitre saw?

Repointing would use this. Tile blade on a mitre was probably makes more sense for straight cuts.

Last time I used this to dismantle an old metal swing set to get into car to take to dump.

for 20 quid more i bought 405fn flat head ,think it's better option if You can find it for good price (edited)

Just had a look and the flat head has a longer front end (and narrower), so it's not as compact/a bit longer (marginally) and is £40 more, so I'd buy one only if I was planning on working in narrow spaces.
