Sorry OP (and those who've gone and bought it) but this is poor value, you can get pro grinders for the same price or just a bit more- Hitachi, Makita, Milwaukee, Metabo, Bosch Blue, all in the £36-£55 region. No way is £40 for a DIY angle grinder a good buy.
Edited by: "ThanksForThat" 8th Feb
The professional blue bosch version is only £4.15 more on Ebay, industrially rated with a 3 year pro use warranty.

ebay.co.uk/itm…Lwq
You would have to be mad to use the JL warranty as Bosch courier collect next day and tend to have it back 2 days later. Just remember to register the warranty with Bosch as they won't help past a year if you didn't!

And I wouldn't touch this one with a bargepole, you can get the professional for £50 with 3 year warranty and metal gearbox.

I'm sure I paid about a fiver for my angle grinder from Argos about 20 years ago, probably used it less than 10 times. Useful to have when you need one but you might as well get the cheapest one you can find the amount you'll use it and they all do the same thing don't they?
