Mine expired in August. I didn't renew. I wonder if I go full shabang via quidco whether they will honour it.

I have had AA et all decline it in the past.

I only ever use Topcashback for my shopping as found it to be more reliable than Quidco which I haven't used for a number of years now or so.

On the Topcashback site it states that RAC cashback is not available if you had a policy in the last 4 months so I expect it might be the same condition on Quidco.

Was paying £35 p/m for RAC. Never used them. Now paying £6 p/m for AutoAid and had to call them out yesterday for burnt out clutch. Recovered to home in 2hrs by the same contractor that RAC use.

Yep, and if you drive one car you can save even further by taking vehicle cover with AutoNational.

What you pay is what you pay and no need to faff around 'earning' cashback.

Twice RAC left me on the roadside for an extended period of time.
1st 12 hours stuck in my van, initially on the side of an A road at night. 2nd in a car park 40 miles from home, which they didn't make it to until the next day.

Don't, they're awful in my experience. Seems they've cut everything to the bone under successive owners.

The last call I made to them, it took them ages to respond at all, & then 24 hours to actually turn up. Then they failed to identify the actual problem once they did arrive. Absolutely no way I'm renewing next year.

According to our local garage (who did correctly identify the issue), the AA are better & Green Flag are currently the best.

Please don't. Search previous threads on here for RAC deals. Even if they paid me, I would not use them again.
