RAM is more than suffice=ient for both the existing Windows, AND LINUX to run side by sie togeter. :-)
So, IF your considering wiping Windows off of it, and having LIXUS on it only, then yes, that would definately be doable too.
IF you're going for the latter 'option', make sure yoy know what oyu're doing though, yeh? - so as not to tank the laptop ...
There's plentyyyyyy You Tube video's + readable tutorials, and suchlike's, that would merrily help you on your path to such either way. :-)
