Quiet fan laptop and recommendations

Which laptop should I avoid if I want a quiet laptop?

Do you have any suggested laptop that will meet the following requirements below

- £200approximately
- use for general admin and may play Civilization
-not Lenovo black Thinkpad as it reminds me of my work laptop.

Thanks

I like HP Elitebooks. Bit nicer looking than Thinkpads, not a Chinese company (if it matters to you), and lots of ex-business used models available in your budget.

If you want to play a particular game, look up the system requirements and make sure it meets them.

No suggestions for an used gaming laptop for under £200. Your budget is unrealistic. Unfortunately once a person changes their usage from general to gaming i.e. Civilization, unless it's for retro or less intensive games it usually requires a dedicated, specialised integrated chipset or processor. So pricier, and more expensive. Also more graphical or specialised CPU's and GPU's will require additional cooling (usually causing noise), and the majority of today's laptops (due to specifications - weight, size, manufacturing costs etc) are terrible at dissipating heat. Then you dismiss the Thinkpads which do fit into the some of your criteria - larger, durable, good cooling and available at a reasonable price in the used market. (edited)
