PC Advice

Looking to buy a PC (I'm aware that building is an option, however I just don't have the time or patience). I'd like to be able to play games and live stream at the same time. Probably have a budget of around £1K/1,2K max (don't need mouse/keyboard/monitor). Don't know where to start as there are just so many options. Looking for recommendations please. Thanks!
