How it works?
Charge to Bill is an option on all plans. It allows you to buy services from other merchants and pay for them all in one place – through your Vodafone account.

This means that, even if you already have Prime as part of your entertainment plan, you can add Spotify Premium or Netflix to your Vodafone bill as well.

And it’s not just entertainment – Charge to Bill means that you can make one-off purchases, like in-app purchases and text donations to charities, through your Vodafone account too.

It's for Vodafone Pay Monthly customers only, in case anyone else was wondering. The fees for Prime, etc, get added to your Vodafone bill.

Me too, everytime I try to activate I get the ‘oh dear’ message- spoke to live chat who were completely useless. I find with issues with offers like these both companies just tend to blame each other. (edited)

Prime worked for me. I was surprised as it normally crashes when I go to activate this offer.

Thank you for sharing. I just checked and I’m eligible for this offer. Wouldn’t have noticed myself so thanks for the heads up!

Thanks, Prime worked in seconds! I’ve just let mine run out due to the charge for ads, in 3 months I assume they’ve have an all-inclusive annual price for it!!

Last time I tried a trial offer via Vodafone (YouTube premium 2 month free), I was charged a full price month at the end of the 1st month. That was 4 days after I started the trial.
Customer service was happy to stop the sub, but REFUSED to return my money.
    Never again.

Can I cancel straight away or I have to wait 3 months?
  20. im2shy's avatar
How can we cancel any of these? For exampe Amazon Prime?
    wah0007's avatar
You should be able to go back into the Vodafone portal and cancel it from there.
