Can someone please shed some light on the gas cylinder situation? I've never used one, what ones worth to buy?

You can get them from petrol stations. About £80 I think. Refills are cheaper.

How comparable are these to the brand names like Ooni?

I would have though a U shaped burner would cause issues, I like the L shaped on my Koda 16 as you only need to turn once to cover all sides, a U shaped burner seems an odd choice. Interested to hear real world usage too. (edited)

Looks great, haven't used mine yet, but once sorted a bottle for it, hope to start to. How long did that take to cook and did you have to turn it (edited)

It works. First pizza oven, happy with it. U shape burner is not an issue, inner half of the pizza cooks faster, so expect to turn it. I was running mine on half steam, cooked pizza in less then 3 minutes, although the weight of my dough was 300g. 250g is better for this size.

Bought it when I originally posted it (haven't used it yet) but bought a stainless steel trolley and a further cover to cover the table and pizza oven

When you consider there is a cover, pizza peel and regulator and hose (not always included) with this, your looking at the pizza oven with a u-shaped burner for £60 if you factor those extras in.

Are there's 'portable' ? I need to get a gas pizza oven for a weekend camping event

The cover hasn't got handles to carry it just fits over the top of it.

Weighs around 12kg and with a 5kg gas bottle not easily portable, most decent gas ovens will weigh around this though (edited)

Ordered one, and paid for first class delivery. I expected it to be delivered today. I only had the peel delivered. I contacted the company, and I was told to that DHL could not deliver the oven for some reason and it is going to be with me tomorrow. Got the delivery charge refunded straight away. It's place is set up. I put it on a normal table on a concrete slab.

Yes like a tea cosy type cover, that sits on top of it. Not a zip up one (edited)

I will try to cook a steak in it next time.
