I think Tripp has really poor customer support. Don’t buy if you need to contact them. still waiting for a reply 1 weeks later since I’ve emailed them about a return.

Yeah, they do take ages to reply. My order was over a month month late following the email notification it was dispatched and I could not get any response from them for weeks. Only when I messaged to say I’d have to do a chargeback if I didn’t hear from them did I get a reply. (edited)

Cabin bags were going for about £32 a few weeks ago. I ordered one but they sent me a used one. So I sent it back. It was a bit of a hassle to get in touch with them to get returns labels. Then I had to take it to a DPD drop off point.

I got mine for £29.99 earlier in the year. It's the same design as the black one show in the pic but a different colour.

The IT luggage Primark clearance a few weeks ago was crazy. Shame I missed out. One of the staff members described it as Vultures to a buffet.
