10% discount also available through Discounts for Teachers, who perform no checks to verify whether you're actually a teacher or not. The working conditions and pay are rubbish but at least you get an arbitrary discount off 4K monitors.

Any chance you can pm me a code?

An excellent monitor and a steal even at this price. I picked one up before Christmas for £179 as I had an extra work discount.
Honestly, I’ve used monitors that cost twice as much that aren’t anywhere near as good. (edited)

Are these compatible with amazon fire stick? I imagine the picture will be okay but not sure about audio...can anyone confirm?

I tried it with the chrome cast and it works okay the speakers are just basic

Voted hot. My eyes aren't good enough for 4k at this size but it's a great deal for work.

Got it today. Super fast delivery and never thought it will be so easy to put together.

For productivity is this better or the 34" LG that is VA ?

Main question is: is it more beneficial to fit windows side by side (or see more columns in Excel) or to have more vertical resolution (see more rows in Excel)? If it's the former, the ultrawide is better. If it's the latter, the 16:9 is better). If you are not fussed about contrast / viewing angles then IPS vs VA doesn't really matter (VA has better contrast, IPS has better viewing angles).

    Usb-C sadly absent 🥲

I have no idea about monitors but would this be good for a ps5?
    ajordan's avatar
Look up the review on RTings, but the answer is yes it would be fine for casual PS5 gaming. If you wanted 120Hz, HDR or dark room performance you'll be spending (a lot) more, but at this price range it's very solid if not the best.

Am I missing something or shouldn't this be listed at £217? I tried both Health Service Discounts and Discounts for Teachers, both asked for further identification. I'll probably still purchase it, but just checking if there's a way to save that little extra.

Just used health service discount successfully. No ID request although it's an old account.

I have heard that these are not good for gaming due to motion blur. Can anyone confirm?
