Remove the base and put a bit of sticky tape over the hole on top of the beeper.....if you have to send it back, just remove the tape.

haha :P My dad has one and that is so accurate. I'm looking at getting myself one.

The loudest beep in kettle history.

I'm done with expensive kettles (having spent more than this on Bosch and other brands before now). They die just as quickly, and that's upsetting. At least you expect it from cheap ones! If it's cordless, 3kw, and has a visible level indicator, and under £20 it'll do for me.

I'm starting to feel the same about washing machines.

We've had ours for 15 years and it works fine. Used several times every day.

If you can take the beep out it's a great kettle

I've seen youtube videos on people disconnecting the beeeeep, it's not for me.

Got one and it stopped turning off at 100c, dangerous. Sent to Bosch for repair. Good customer service, shoddy product.

Same. Sent ours back for a refund.

Ours developed an annoyingly sticky lid. Otherwise supremely good kettle

Needs a decent descaling. Fill it up with water to the max, boil. Then add an agent. Let it foam.

    Best kettle ever

I would personally go with Ninja. Seen a lot of people complaining about this Bosch kettle.

Great kettle and really good price. We’ve had ours for years with no issues. Really like being able to select different temperatures.

nice design but unfortunately plastic inside. I’d rather buy cheap glass kettle from Lidl or Asda.

Totally different products, in a way. The Bosch here is insulated, which is a huge thing if you have kids or elderly parents about. It also holds the water hot for a surprisingly long time.

It is a great kettle, but it’s big!

Has the amazing function of boiling to different temperatures…. A function you’ll never ever use!!! (edited)

I use lower temperature for matcha tea. I don’t have Bosch but this function is helpful.

Was very disappointed that this leaked after 18 months and it’s a common fault - look on YouTube

A few haters here but this kettle is well worth the money, three temperatures available for boiling which is great when boiling water is too hot - disolving or topping up. Can be a little on the heavy side to handle but cool to touch on the outside plus the buttons are on the base right in front of you. Whats not to like.
