    It got terrible reviews and the studio has been shut down. I think even hardcore fans will struggle to wants it.

    Daedalic Entertainment hasn't shut down itself entirely, although it has stopped developing games. However, it continues to function as a publisher.

    It's a shame that after this one huge failure such drastic measures have to be taken. They made some really entertaining point and click adventures like the Deponia series for example. Maybe a full fledged LotR project was a bit too much for them.

    Still, a good LotR game opportunity wasted, jobs lost and possibly more good point and click adventures not happening. Shame
