    Your receipt says Resin Polish which is a different item, so it does sound like they put this product in the system incorrectly.

    When has anyone had to remove tar from their car? I've never experienced this. I imagine around the back and inside wheel arches?

    Lower half of doors and sills is where I find that spots.

    Good stuff for removing sticky glue left behind from labels. Soak it for a couple minutes and it'll just wipe off.
