Heinz's canned item prices zoomed up in the last couple of years to insane levels - £2 for the RRP for this is frankly outrageous. Most of Heinz's canned stuff doesn't taste better than own brand versions anyway, so unless you get a heavy 50%+ discount like this offer, I don't buy Heinz any more.

There's a reason these 'deals' are suddenly appearing for their products.

So many have abandoned them for good after their years of greed.

They'll still make money because they produce a lot of 3rd party products. But luckily not as much as smart shoppers won't get sucked in by these 'deals'.

even with the savings this is a stupid cost for some tinned spaghetti. Can make your own in bulk then freeze it.

I miss the days of sub 40p for a tin of macaroni cheese, ravioli and spaghetti. (edited)

Loved the beans & sausages since I was a kid. Will only buy them now if on a decent deal. Ridiculous pricing.

Lmao at all the people on here complaining about £4 like it's a life changing decision. Probably just scroll on if don't want to buy it instead of posting boring rants.

Love this stuff, reminds me of trips to Naples

Heinz make very authentic food (not).

Well pretty much all their recipies changed when Kraft took over about 9 years ago, so guessing your Naples trips are recent.

Unless you mean looking at the label on the tin. But even that's changed. (edited)

Now there's so little beef, you can only taste sharp tomato

These would be more honest if sold as tomato-bolognese
