A classic choice for family roasts and any leftovers can be used for curries and sarnies. What to wash it down with? If it's your turn to cook the family roast grab a bottle or two of our Italian Orvieto Classico - this white is packed with orangey flavours. Serves 6-9. Our Morrisons Chefs Tip Score the joint well, rub with a little oil and sprinkle plenty of salt over it for great crackling. Roast with cloves, oranges and a little honey or maple syrup and seasoning or go for a classic sage stuffing.

Cooking Guidelines

These instructions are a guide only. Cooking appliances vary. Thoroughly cook all pork products until no pink meat remains.

Oven cook - From Chilled.
Cover joints with foil and rest for 15 minutes before serving. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/Fan 190°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Season the meat, place in a roasting tray and cook on the middle shelf of the oven for 35 minutes per 500g, plus a further 35 minutes.
