It's in the description folks, but if you missed it, these are half sized cans

Cold as can get 4 decent tins of full sized tomatoes for £1 at farmfoods at the min

Maths does come into play with this brand. Most, and that includes the Farmfoods offering, are a maximum of 65% tomatoes (my last purchase was 60%), so of those four cans, one can is just water and filler, whereas Mutti (as per description) offer 99.8% tomatoes.
Yes, the other brands do still work out cheaper per gram of solid, but you also have to take into account the forced growth in greenhouses etc, which usually results in a lower flavour.
The other thing to consider is that convenience sized cans are usually more expensive per unit. (edited)

    Second photo is misleading

Tbf the 4th is at least as misleading, showing 4 different Mutti products, none of which is the one in the deal!

These are the best tinned tomatoes out there imho, I buy all the mutti products and they never disappoint

Not convinced by these tomatoes, ordered 18 cans last time and tried a variety of recipes, yes they smell lovely but I honestly couldn't taste the difference in the final recipe from mid-range supermarket Italian tomatoes

More than taste it's about consistency, each batch is reliable while other brands are usually a mixed bag, one tin will be good and another will be super acidic also these tomatoes can be cooked for just 20 minutes and taste great while other tomato brands needs a long cook to just be palatable ( this is coming from an Italian so your mileage might be different especially if you are always used to bad tomatoes )
