If you don't care about the swivel feature offered by the fitueyes, bontec price has also just had a drop. £24.55 now (with voucher)

Just got this a few days ago for 39
BTW has anyone tried screwing something like this directly to a TV bench and not using the base that comes with the stand. It seems to just be a couple of long bolts that go up into the arm so I might give it a go with some kind of metal plate added under the bench top to brace it. (edited)

If you’ve got anything 60” and below you can get these stands for £23-£25 any day of the week on Amazon

I am sure 2 years ago I bought mine for under £25 and it was for TVs 30- 60" + also! Glad I got it

Using the Bontec stand currently, as a temp measure before it gets swapped and wall mounted.
Sturdy and decent was £23 when I got it . Tampered Glass makes me nervous.

I bought one similar to this a while back when my soundbar wouldnt fit on the platform as the original tv stand took up lots of room, these fix the problem and lift the tv to eye level to.

How good are these compared to the likes of Sanus stands? I know they are similar but would be interesting to hear from someone who has bought or owned both and what they chose in the end? My view is I would pay a little more for something solid vs something a little shoddy as the price of the TV would justify not going for the cheapest stand.

I use a 55inch LG OLED C2 as my monitor, thinking of picking up something like this to make the stand more compact. Would it look good on a desk?
