This says ok for garage but thought i needed a dessicant one for lower temperatures. This one has 5 degree minimum temperature

No idea what's going on with their customer service.

For some reason my order duplicated, asked for cancellation. Somehow can't find either of my orders by giving them all my information including the order numbers.

The 10th or whatnot advisor apparently has found and refunded the order, another advisor replied afterwards now stating they cannot be find the order but if it shows up refuse delivery on arrival.

I'm so confused.

Had my 25L just over a year, left on set to 55RH all the time. It stopped working last week and they fixed it under warranty within a few days.

warranty leaflet from meaco was enclosed and i registered it online.
