Isn't is better to just have a protein shake, their powders are about £24 ish with 75 servings and 22g protein making it about £0.32 a serving whereas these are more than double at £0.73 even with subscribe and save plus less protein per bar than a shake?

Ofc it would be and more healthier than those bars.

However sometimes bars can kill sweet tooth which shakes can’t. And shakes don’t make me feel like I ate anything, however bar does.

It shouldn’t be eaten daily tho.

19g of protein goes in, 1kg of something else comes out. Be warned with these

ALDI do protein crisps now in fridge section. They are lower in everything on this bar with 18g protein.

The price is good for a bar like this though I'm trying to wean off

Ever left the pack in your car and came back two hours later regretting that decision?

Palm oil and sweeteners...so not for me. I'd rather have regular sugar and rapeseed oil.

Brrrr the ingredient list puts me off, so long... And 10% hydrolysed collagen, no thank you.
Good price if you don't mind all the additives
    t0022's avatar
What's the reasoning behind the 10% hydrolysed collagen?
Genuine question as I don't know much about it other than there are collagen supplements being sold
