As I understand it, you have to have an emarker chip in the cable, before a smart charger will send more than 3A (60W) through it. Note that, AFAIK, the details only address the current carrying capacity/power transfer capability of this cable and don't mention data transfer rate. So what data speed this can handle, I know not. It just appears to be being sold as a charger cable.

If you have an inline monitor that displays emarker data, that may tell you what it's data speed limit is. Or not.

I just thought that I would mention that, if you were thinking of using it as a data communications link and not just as a charging cable..

Bought these on a deal a couple of months ago for £3.14. Nice looking cables with decent fast charging.
Fairly useless for data transfer though. Plugged in an external USB-C SSD drive, half the data was missing or showing as 0 KB.
