    I bought some of these and fitted them at the start of the winter. They work well and you can just take them off in the spring, leaving the wiring on the bike. But because of how much thicker they make your grips, it exacerbated my hand arthritis so i had to stop using them. Should have paid the extra for proper heated grips. Which aren't really much more.
    Also be aware, if you wire these direct to the battery, you WILL end up forgetting to turn them off when parked. Resulting in a flat battery after a couple of hours.

    Don't do it. These are terrible. They're massive when attached and you'll have wires dangling around. I'm surprised they still make them.

    Just buy proper heated grips and get a good garage to install them so they power on when the bike is on only.

    it's a piece of crap, makes the throttle much wider and not safe to hold on
