    5120x1440P is 1440P in a 32:9 aspect ratio.

2560x1440 is 1440P in a 16:9 aspect ratio or sometimes referred to specifically as WQHD

There's also 3440x1440P as a 21:9 aspect ratio also called UWQHD

I got a coolermaster 3440x1440 ultrawide last year for 300 ish. I read lot of mixed opinions around ultrawide. I thought I'd keep it for a few weeks and send it back especially as the the teenage object said "ultrawide are no good" But then he is 15 and is the fountain of all knowledge. I can never go back to a regular screen now. Virtually all games work right out the box with 1 exception some obscure game my son has, that he never plays, oh and Skyrim took a bit of messing about to get right. Cant keep him off it now

Wonder if the wide screen option will come to the Series X.

My mate has one, and loves it paired with his 3090, panel is indeed LG Nano-IPS, so significantly cheaper than the LG branded version of these. They heavily cost cutting on the casing quality maybe, but the panel spec akin to the ultragear series, is the only feature that matters. These types of monitors are amazing for flight sims, driving games, MMOs, RTS, FPS and RPGs etc where that extra screen width gives you immersion that 16:9 never will. Just be aware that 32:9 supported games will be lower than 21:9 and 16:9, so always check that unless you okay with black borders.

Just remember the golden rule.... the more resolution you have, the better the GPU needs to be to hit that framecap, something like this needs at least a 3080/4070 grade gpu or better to see the full capabilty unless you are playing low rent e-sports games as you are effectively running dual screen (2x horizontally stacked 2560x1440p panels) resolution here just without the horrible bezel bordering in the middle, and VRAM concerns will become noticible on lower end GPUs unless you are happy to knock quality settings down defeating the point of having it.
