Contractors Showdown is releasing on Meta Quest on April 25th.

Pre-order includes 10% off usual price, and an exclusive skins pack (three character skins, one gun skin, and a gun charm cosmetic).

For those who haven't played it, or the original Contractors, this is a Battle Royale version of the Contractors VR multiplayer, often compared to Call of Duty but in VR.

I played a lot of this game during the closed beta and was seriously impressed by it, particularly as a standalone game on the Quest 3 headset. It's even more crisp on Steam (but there's no current pre-order for that, nor is there any word on cross-buy).

Can I ask how you deal with the motion sickness? I tried the beta which was my first experience of a shooter in VR but it made me so sick!

You have to start small if you get motion sickness in games. Play smaller titles designed to ease you in to VR gaming. Everyone's different but mine went away really quickly, within a day basically.

10% discount isn’t enough for me, I just wait for 25% after release and cooling down period. They usually give more than 10% for pre-orders

That's fair, but considering how enjoyable and fleshed out it is, I feel the game is dirt cheap already. It's more for people who want to play day 1, and perhaps want the pre-order skins.

If this game is as good as it looks, this could be the catalyst for VR gaming really gives me pubg vibes but in vr
