Turkey is just Blackpool in the sun.

Sure, if you stay within the resort colonies. You can even find little Britains, like you do in Spain, but that's not the real Turkey.

I'd argue Istanbul has a formidable history, richer than London, and is one of the greatest cities globally. (edited)

I stayed at this hotel last year. It's very, very clicky. When you arrive the guys around the pool are shaking your hand and can't do enough for you but as the holiday went on and they realised that we weren't eating or drinking at the hotel one of them turned nasty. I later found out they are all commission based rather than getting a average monthly wage.

That's my experience every time I go on holidays somewhere in turkey, they look at you like a walking wallet.
Their politeness and friendliness is just smoke and mirrors.

Was thinking the same. Got a 16 year old who's classed as an adult in a lot of places and 3 children under 16 so having the option for 3 adults and 3 children is perfect!

Wouldn't recommend going through Newcastle even if it was £500
