My Father needs a new phone. How long, realistically, will this be updated for does anyone know please? He just needs a phone that is decent.

I have this as a backup phone, still waiting on the android 14 HyperOS update to drop. as some one else said supposedly three years of updates but I expect 14 will count as one. Great phone for someone who just wants it for everyday use. Really nice Amoled screen as opposed to the usual LCD found at this price. (edited)

I bought it for £124 few weeks before. Decent phone for the money. The only issue is that the ultrasonic under screen fingerprint reader is a bit hit and miss.
