The ones that are brand new are not working. I plugged them into a charger and will leave them for an hour and see if they work, but no lights to indicate that they're charging. The other ones have been used and there does appear to be an issue with the headband, as the left side is dropping to the lowest setting by only using a small amount of force, I didn't even try to charge them, just raised a return with Amazon.

Still some Like New-s left. Agree, though, that the negative reviews are really terrible!

Most stuff I add to HUKD I think, 'yeah, I'd buy that' but this is one where I wouldn't be sure. At least Amazon's return policy is great.If the amounts coming back in and out of stock are cancellations, can't blame them really. I'd flip and flop over this item myself. (edited)

I ordered two pairs of headphones and theyre both dead on arrival. Both not charging or turning on. One pair has been opened before, the other ones looks like they are brand new (all seals intact). I'll return and probably pick a different brand.

Edit: total waste of time 😄 weird that even the new ones were DOA. (edited)

Probably been sitting soo long that battery died.

And because it's a gaming headset, it has planned obsolescence built in, no battery, no worky.

There were 2 left when I just ordered, I'm guessing the poor reviews put some off and they cancelled their orders.

Amazon is testing each of the items, at least checking if they're turning on, so I don't think so that will be the case.

Seems there was a bad batch with defective batteries based on the reviews. I wouldn't trust Amazon Warehouses testing either as they sent me a Like New CPU cooler without the mounting brackets. Either way you will get a refund eventually if you want to have a punt.

To revive it from dead need to do "battery reset", connect battery straight to the wires for a few seconds.
