No one has mentioned or questioned this? Does the bluetooth just to take photo's when clicked or does it just shoot whatever is on screen at the time IE if it's set to record it will record or slow motion mode etc... (edited)

I have this and can confirm that if your camera is on the video mode, a click will start filming and another click will stop filming.

Taking the phone mount off the top, this could be a nice cheap tripod for a laser level (assuming you don't want to use the level above 1.8m)
