    We bought a Stanley strimmer two years ago and it's given up, the motor whirrs then cuts out. We contacted Stanley to see if there was a known issue and got a generic "Out of warranty, so suck it up buttercup" reply. Mum has had the exact same issue, exact same time frame. Can't recommend.

    It comes with a 3 year warranty if you register it.
