    I have the Version 3 its awesome, only thing i dont like is that you have an NFC tag on the bottom of the official filter so you cant just chuck in an aftermarket one as it wont register and will keep reporting warning messages on your phone.

    i have the 3rd gen of this and also the much bigger Pro H model. Both really good. Buy some of these cheap felt pre-filters from aliexpress to prolong the life of the main filter - aliexpress.com/ite…Spe

    I have one of these - excellent. Getting the replacement filters is a nightmare though. Anyone found a decent supplier?

    Get a powerful air blower like this ( amzn.eu/d/h…fux ) to blow the dust out of the filter. HEPAs don’t lose efficiency as they clog, they just lose a bit of flow. If you clean them regularly they should last ages.

    Is there a noticeable difference in a room when using one of these, or do you rely on the device/app to tell you there's a difference? I'm skeptical, but only because I've never seen or used one

    it's not immediately obvious, but i suffered all my life from really bad hayfever / dust allergies and after getting these i no longer wake up with a totally blocked nose. Also, it's incredible how caked in dust the filters become so yeah, they're definitely pulling in a lot of stuff that would otherwise be floating around in the air.

    I have an older model of this and it works very well. The filters can be quite cheap if you look on Ebay/Aliexpress etc.

    Best price yer gonna get for Xiaomi air purifier. I have first model and its still going strong today. Obviously changed filter a few times... But in UK barely need to.
