Thanks, managed to order for £42.50 but the code I've used no longer works, fingers crossed it gets delivered
  11. spoonhammer's avatar
Has anyone noticed to quality going downhill with MP? It seems less mixable and more claggy than it was? Not sure if they are using more fillers?
    schmoog's avatar
You need to look at the label to see if there's any nutritional changes compared with historical nutritional profiles. For unflavoured impact whey it's 75g of protein per 100g which matches the bag I have from earlier in the year so for them to add more filler, they'd inevitably decrease the protein content per 100g. It wouldn't go unnoticed.

I hear whey's taste can vary from batch to batch. It might be what you're noticing but there's every chance they could've changed how they produce it.

Go with your gut I'd say. Not noticed anything myself. (edited)

Won't it work out cheaper by doing this? Be £40 then if you get a referral
  18. Snyper83's avatar
Does this stuff help you get ripped or is it a con?
    FrankieThePanda's avatar
Only works in combination with weight training, getting ripped requires you to lose body fat while also gaining muscle, to do this you need to break down the muscle which only happens through resistance training and use protein (dosnt have to be whey protein) to help rebuild the muscle. Whey protein is a supplement and used mostly for convenience, since carting around meat all day isn't the best in the modern age.

I hate them. Just 2 days back i bought the 5 kg for £70 and today its £50. For God sake, just stick to one price for atleast a few months
    ikky101's avatar
Buy again and return the expensive one. Usually I cba with the hassle for few pennies but for £20 you should!

    Thank you

Any opinions on the best flavour?
    Rustinpeace's avatar
I really like Choc Brownie. That with oats and almond butter is so good
  23. Pilow's avatar
Vanilla vs Natural Vanilla anyone got experience of these two? I've tried Vanilla and it was nice.
    Pliny's avatar
I can’t comment on the taste but I do find it a bit deceiving that they call a flavour ‘Natural Vanilla’ when the product contains artificial sweetener.
  24. Pilow's avatar
Got it for £41.11 + free pair of socks and also CS cashback 10% bargain!!!
    noone's avatar
I’m struggling to get it down to £41 what are you smarty’s doing that I’m failing to do
  25. johncardiff's avatar
How does this compare to Warrior or Sport fuel ?
    Skrotzilla1's avatar
sports fuel is the worst, warrior is okay but taste and mixing isn't great, I feel MyProtein is the best for the price £10/kg
  26. assosimzim's avatar
    Thanks (edited)

Last time I bought protein was 2020. I paid £20 for 2kg but nowadays can't get 2kg anywhere near that price. It's really shot up in the past few years. Looks like I'm buying in bulk now!
  30. TJToon's avatar
Went for cookies and cream and searched for reviews online for it, can't find a positive review for this flavour at all can't even cancel now as it's in warehouse, anyone on here tried this flavour? Thoughts?
    take_a_look's avatar
It's a bit thin and creamy sweet I found.
  31. burns94's avatar
Best I can do is £46.99 with delivery.

For god's sake, I've been waiting for a deal for ages and caved last night and ordered 5kg. Paid 63 quid
    Pilow's avatar
That is tragic, paid £41.11 and got a pair of socks :D. Also around £4 cashback too which sweetens the deal.

Ordered 1 x 5kg bag of vanilla, used the VoucherCodes link for extra discount and then added on a few sample bars to tip it over £45 for free shipping
    Pilow's avatar
    Vanilla is the best.
  35. MaJiiK's avatar
    Ordered 5KG
  36. Lunifam's avatar
It's a good deal by today's standards, still refuse to pay for it Get the same amount of protein from an extra can of tuna at 50p is much better value at protein/£.
    Pilow's avatar
Not good value for time when you have to cook the tuna then brush your teeth after because your breath stinks of tuna! Time = money.
  37. imu001's avatar
Add UNiDAYS 15% off to get it for £42.50
  38. Moogly's avatar
I've never got through 5kg. How long past best before can you use whey protein? I had to chuck out about 2kg because it was about a year out.
    take_a_look's avatar
I've used stuff 6-12 months past BBE. When prices were crazy I got some insane deals on Ebay for 2-3 month expired stock.
  39. harwinder.kaur's avatar
Got it for £29 so added 12 bars and a pancake mix to make it £46.. now last time I bought 5KG. Mice ate it. Need to get a metal drum for storage
    BigJohnWasTaken's avatar
So you're telling me there may be videos of mice benching twigs using mint polos as plates somewhere online?
