    Actually, I woke up twice.
First, one when I posted this deal and the second was when I acknowledged your comment.

    I am confused.

    Does U1 V10 C10 not mean 10MB/s, instead of 100MB/s?

Nabbed another. Now have two of these as spares.

Good to nab as spares when they come up at this price. Anyone else do that? SD cards do sometimes fail irredeemably so spares are good I think.. (edited)

    Yep!, me.

I do such all the time.

I bought bought 6 of the 256GB Samsung EVO Select memory card's, last Year, Amazon Prime time.

2 of the were for other family member's, and I've since made use of ONLY 1 of them myself (thus far that is),

So obviously have 3 left spare for myself.

So have naturally not pitched myself into buying anymore memory card's of any ilk or size, etc, yet, for now.

but saying that, at only £5.89, for a MASSIVE 128GB memory card, AND from a reputable brand too?

    Well ...

Let's just say, I'm deliberating on whether to buy me a few of the memory card's, via the OP's deal?

Because, even though I prefer the Samsung memory card's (irrespective of it's storage size), when it's pricing is 'good'.

For my personal use case scenerio's (eg. putting picture's on there from my phone, putting downloaded You Tube video's on there, via a You Tube downloading App I have on my phone), etc, Samsung isn't necessarily a defacto 'must' thing - as Kingston (in this particular case anyway), is more than sufficient. :-)

Speaking of which, what will you be making use of the 128GB storage space, of this particular memory card in the long run? - or, is it a purely just-in-case 'thing', at the moment?

    Thanx.

I bought one last week, the read speed is about 40Mb/s, write speed is about 15Mb/s. Couldn’t be bothered to return, it’s working fine for my old PSP. But wouldn’t recommend for any modern devices.

Would you recommend this for a dash cam?
    amour3k's avatar
    amour3k
    It would work, yes.

But personally, I wouldn't recommend such, for a dash cam, no.

On account of possible data corruption, and/or, memory card failure altogether, etc, sorry.

Memory card's rated as "Endurance", and/or, as "Pro", are preferable.

"Extreme", "Ultra", and suchlike's, are decent too. :-)

Plus the various flavour's of Samsung memory card's (if push comes to shove, that is), aren't too bad for such either. :-D

I mean seriously come on - why don't they deliver to Northern Ireland? Is this item really that difficult to ship? Cold from me.

Always got annoyed by this as well. I can understand bigger/oversized items that require courier services. But anything that can be shipped with Royal Mail can get to NI for the same price as the rest of the UK :/
