sorted byAlso, shame they pulled out their 500 Mbps offer (that was the threshold to unlock the port forwarding feature)
Waiting for install here - didn't come at all, and no notice given, on first attempt (= 3 phone calls with no info too); then came yesterday but could not do it because trees in the way. Seems strange since the current BT wire from the pole passes through those tree branches!
Now waiting to see if the Council will let them get a tree surgeon to cut back a few branches ... Fingers crossed and counting them before the chopping starts
